Hey guys, I just remembered that I hadn't told you what I found out this week. Health benefits info for all of the faculty/staff categories can be found at http://www.wmich.edu/hr/benefits.htm. They claimed that they had no enrollment booklets.

Carrie Sue Shaver just sent me a survey of universities that extend DP benefits to their graduate students in the use of recreation facilities. It's six years old, so we would have to get in touch with their unions/grad colleges to figure out if they still have the same policies, but it's a starting point. I've uploaded it as a .pdf.
